RANGE OF PRODUCTS
Castables - Conventional, Low Cement, Ultra Low Cement and Chemical Bonded
Gunning Products - For Hot-face and repair applications.
Mortars - For patching, Alumina Bricks and Magnesite bricks. From 60 Alumina to 90 Alumina Mortars.
Temperature ranging from 1400 to 1800 degree Celcius.
Insulating Materials – Low and Medium Density Castable and Gunning Insulating Materials. Temperature ranging from 1000 to 1800 degree Celcius.
Ramming materials – hosphate bonded.
Dry Vibratables – Silica and Alumina products.
Quality Controll
Our laboratory personnel conducts tests on all products manufactured at Elite. Tests conducted
are sieve analysis, water addition, flowability, density and Cold Crushing Strength. Tests
samples are prepared and dried to 150OC in the lab furnace. There is also a smaller furnace for
firing up to 1000OC.
PRECAST SHAPES
Smaller Precast shapes are cast in the laboratory under strict supervision.
Shapes are dried up to 450OC in the lab furnace.
